Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
